Language Arts: Recite nursery rhymes, sing and dance to nursery rhymes, act out nursery rhymes, sequence nursery rhymes, explore the color red, practice tying shoes.
Mathematics: creating an AB color pattern, counting 10 10 with one-to-one correspondence, identifying and naming shapes, placing an object on a real graph and identifying most and fewest, using positional words and phrases, learn songs and practice writing #'s 0-9
Social Studies/Health: Nutrition - discuss nutrition program "Catch in Motion", discover "Go, Slow and Whoa" foods
Science: review science tools and how to use them safely, review shapes and colors, discover the five senses

This week we are learning how to follow school rules and establish a daily routine. We are also learing how to recognize, write, and spell the numbers 1-4, as well as, learning songs about nursery rhymes.
